Services

Medical appointments, grocery shopping, going out for lunch and a movie...
Caught between the competing demands of work and family, finding the time to attend to the special needs of your senior or disabled relative can produce guilt and frustration.
That's where we come in. We can be there when you can't.
With caring and patience, our senior support concierge assistant has the time to build a one-on-one relationship with your relative in order to provide the companionship and assistance he or she needs.
Elder Concierge Services (ECS) offers its services on a fee-based system to senior or disabled adults living in their own home, assisted living, or long-term care facilities.
Examples of ECS-client activities include:
Taking a senior out to eat weekly at his favorite restaurant to enjoy a meal at his leisure
Accompanying a senior to the doctor or dentist and reporting back to the family the results of the examination. This includes reporting on medications prescribed, any follow-up recommendations, and notification of future appointments
Going to a fitness center to help a senior with her workout
Accompanying a senior to a weekly oil painting class at the Art Students League of Denver
More examples may be found here.
How we work
One of our supervisors will sit down with the senior or disabled adult and his/her family to conduct an intake building an understanding of the current situation and gathering the needs of the potential client. This information is then used to develop a solution that meets these needs. The initial assessment is conducted at no charge.
Because the relationship between the senior and the concierge assistant is so fundamental to the success of the ECS program, great care is taken to find the best assistant for the situation. ECS prides itself on hiring assistants who are personable, educated, and able to establish rapport with the client and the family members. All ECS assistants are well-trained and supervised by professionals with a combined 6 decades of experience working with seniors and disabled adults.
